January 28, 2024I started fasting almost year ago and listening to a podcast about fasting and they recommended it, so I read it and just blow my mind, there is so much information That I didn’t know and nobody tells you not even doctors, what we think is healthy well, is definitely not. I think everybody should read this amazing book and get informed about how obesity affects all our health, I’m sure that we can fight back against obesity and all its problems. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The doctors are wrong, the nutritionists are wrong, the protein shake promoters are wrong.......Ignore everything else you have been told about how to eat and when to eat as over my lifetime I have tried them all and they do not work. This book goes into detail about human physiological responses to food and what you need to do to feel better, look better and enjoy life again. I have been following the recommendations in the book and I have lost 40 pounds in 3 months. I AM NEVER HUNGRY. You don't have to be a downer at parties or at a get together. On Saturdays and Sundays I eat whenever and just try to make good food choices. But I can tell you at church when they have muffins/cookies/coffee I definitely have coffee & a cookie. But Monday through Friday I eat a regular dinner. If you have health issues, talk with your doctor before beginning this new way of life. After years of being blamed/shamed by doctors, nutritionists & being looked down upon by the public in general & that I was somehow personally responsible for the weight gain, I AM FREE! I AM FREE! I AM FREE!
