Best golf shoes I have worn in 20 years
Omar· Review provided by store.nike.com · February 15, 2024
I believe these are the best golf shoe I own. They are super comfortable and the actually grip pretty well off the tee box, in the bunkers and greens. I have worn adidas spikes for many many years and got my first Nike Jordan 1 lows G (Black Croc) for Christmas. I walk and ride a lot of course and WOW these are super comfortable and stylish!! Every time I go out, I receive a ton of complements. The only thing is I changed the black laces to white to complement the shoe and it makes a huge difference. Since then I have bought the all White Croc's and the new grey with the gummy bottoms making it three pairs now. I am waiting for the red white and navy ones to drop and that will make it 4 pairs. I hear they run big, I was worried at first, but I am a true size 10 and all three pairs fit perfectly and exactly the same. Getting rid of all my adidas's and only wearing my Jordan 1 Low G. They are pricey but worth it. Highly recommend these golf shoes
awesome look- they don't look good for long

I'm a huge fan of the Jordan low 1s. I have 8 pairs of the regular (non golf shoe) very well made. They are very comfortable, sturdy, it takes extreme wear to get beat up looking and to get a dreaded crease across the toe. NOW, that being said it's the complete opposite for the golf low 1s. They are not comfortable, if you take the shoe and fold it in half you can do it with ease. If you walk on any type of terrain on the course or any part of the ground you can feel it on the bottom of your foot. And now lets get to the most important part. the exterior that you want to look the best gets beatup in about 2 rounds. The toes creases up, the leather is poor. They look 2 years old in a few rounds of golf. I don't know why the golf shoe and the regular shoe are made so differently. My suggestion is to buy the regular shoe and golf in those. Not much diffent traction, and if that's a problem. Buy the attachable spikes.
Awesome shoe on and off the course, but watch sizing

Great shoe, and truly one of the few "hybrid"/spikeless golf shoes that looks equally awesome off the course as on it. Get tons of compliments on them all the time. I especially love the new reinterpretation of the Wolf-Grey colorway with that "glitter like" look to some of the shoe. One thing I will say about the sizing though. My first pair of wolf-grey OG, I bought in my normal Nike size 11 (some Nike models I am even an 11.5), and like many state here it ran a tad long, not wide per se. So lacing up the last eyelet helped that, and then my second pair in royal/black/white, I bought in 10.5 and it fit like a glove. Fast forward to the "new" Wolf Grey, I bought the 10.5, and they were simply to narrow, not albeit too long per se. Went with an 11, and could not be happier. Hence pay note to the new colorways, I think they run more true to size than the first launch of the AJ 1 Low G.
Great on or off the course

I really like these shoes. I purchased the all black first, then the black and grey as shoes to use when going to the range, TopGolf and casual wear. I really didn’t plan for a lot of time on the course because I always have used spiked shoes. Then I tried them out on the course and was surprised at how stable and just how much grip the sole provides. The sole material also is very durable for casual wear unlike the soft rubber of traditional spikeless golf shoes. Also, they keep your feet low, level, and there is more connection to the ground unlike my spiked shoes that are higher in the heal area and can promote more unwanted weight on the ball of the feet during the swing. They have become my go to golf shoe now. They are well made, fit great, have a nice roomy toe box area unlike a lot of other shoes, and above all comfortable. They do run just a little on the big side I would say so you need to try them on. I usually wear 10.5 and that size works well for me though. I will be purchasing more and really like the different colors available. The only thing I do not like about them is no air cushioning in the front of the shoe. The air cushioning in the heal is fine but the front is minimal to say the least. Take out the insole and there is not much between the actual sole of the shoe and the inside. This is the only reason not to give 5 stars. Come on Nike, these are Jordans, they deserve the full air treatment!
