Can't wait to really dive into this book to see what Dr Livingood says. It sounded really interesting on the YouTube ad and what I have looked at so far made interesting reading. L came in a padded shipping envelope and not a. Oversized box like otger shipments like I have gotten in the past from other sources.

I am enjoying the book. Its uplifting and hopeful. I dont expect miracles so his wording and suggestions are words to follow and use your own common sense. I like and am trying some of his ideas. All in all it is what you want to take from it not a directory. Life changes are much better than diets and he makes sense.

I buy this book and gift to my friends. I need to keep my friends to healthy. This book is awesome. I love so much dr Livingood after I read this book.
